Hello everyone, today I decided to quit one of my chatrooms where I was.
Well, The reason why I decided to quit was due to constant problems around the community, such as trolling, dramas and controversies.
And you know what chat it is? It is NOT IRC. It is a chat from Windows93 named "Trollbox".
I started chatting frequently in 2020, with a pseudonym. It was not a problem, but now it is. It is not like in the previous days.
Everything started since a croatian 20 year old man nicknamed "Agent Red" tried to dox me through EXIF data of one of my photos. It was one of the most shocking moments that I had. For him it was a "trolling", and he sent me death threats after the incident.
It continued with the drama of Dell and Untitled, and the invasion of the BonziWORLD community.
Now in 2025, we have to support toxic users, awful messages and threats. Also today in this year, some people started harassing Untitled and Magestick because of their russian nationality.
They doxxed both of them, which it was awful. And there's more dramas to prove that I lost faith on the community.
The case of Lara being a pedophile was messed up, the drama has been for too long since march if I remember correctly. Lara has been constantly sexting minors, and the mod doesn't even do NOTHING. That's bullshit.
Even worse is when the mods aren't doing nothing for the best of the community. They just let people to do whatever they want. Also I'm reconsidering going back to that chatroom if the mods are doing something for the benefits of the community.
So... I like Windows93 but the chat is now fucked up thanks to it.
